Another way to reduce the risk of this and other allergies is to breastfeed exclusively until 6 months and, if possible, up to 2 years of age.

Additionally, eggs contain good amounts of iron, phosphorous, calcium, and zinc, among other vitamins and minerals. In other words, eggs are a super nutritious food!
Quail eggs can also be served but in moderation. A young quail egg provides the same amount of cholesterol as a chicken egg, so it should be eaten carefully.
But it’s worth noting that it also contains more protein, among other nutrients. A quail egg is considered a concentrated egg because it contains the same nutrients as a chicken egg even if it is smaller in size.
Moreover, the ratio of yolk to egg volume is greater than that of a hen’s egg. And since the yolk contains most of the nutrients, this little egg gets very tough.
